DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders of $65.00 or more qualify for our free shipping offer. Orders $89.99 and over shipping to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands addresses, qualify for our free Standard Shipping offer. Offer excludes gift cards and certain oversized and hazardous items. All orders being shipped to Moto-Rad US store for in-store pick-up also qualify for free shipping. We understand that when you place an order, you want to receive your purchase as soon as possible and we will always do our best to make this happen. Most of the items we sell will ship and arrive at your door quickly from our main store in San Antonio, TX. In addition to this, we work with our suppliers so that products can be shipped directly from their warehouse in case this means you receive your things even faster.
Items will display their availability status once the size and color are selected on the product page. This availability will also be displayed on your shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most items that are listed as “Rad-Shipping” will be processed within 24 hours. These items will ship the same day or the next business day
In some cases, we may have to split your order and ship some packages individually and in other situations we may have to consolidate all items into one shipment. We will always use our best judgment to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Some items will appear “Available” and these may take 3-7 business days before they are shipped. These items cannot be shipped the same day and require additional time to ship. If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the time it will take us to ship your order.
A shipping confirmation email including tracking number will be sent within 24 hours of the item being shipped. For example, if you place an order on Monday night and it ships on Wednesday, you will receive your tracking number on Tuesday or Wednesday morning.
Most orders will be shipped via FedEx and UPS, but we also work with DHL and USPS depending on your shipping address to always find the best delivery time.

EXPLANATION OF SHIPPING METHOD
Business days are Monday-Friday; holidays, bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days for shipping or transit. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. For a more accurate delivery time estimate based on the specific items you wish to purchase, please call us at 210-257-0052 or send us a message via Chat before placing an order.
Standard
Usually delivered within 1-4 business days after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. For example, if an order is dispatched on Monday, it will arrive between Thursday or Friday, depending on the area and location.
Next Day
Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.
APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands
APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico Shipping Costs:
Orders of $89.99 and over will qualify for free shipping
Orders of less than $89.99 will ship for a $45 flat rate
Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands Shipping Costs:
Orders of $109.95 and over will qualify for free shipping
Orders of less than $109.95 will ship for a $65 flat rate
Orders shipped to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands addresses may experience additional lead time. This may occur as a result of the required use of a specific shipping method or carrier which is not always available to all of our warehouses at this time.
SHIPPING CHANGES
If you need to make a change after your order has been shipped, such as changing your address or picking up at a shipping center, there will be an additional charge of $35.00 per order (this is simply the transfer of the charge that the courier company makes to us for making the change once the package is already in transit). Note that this changes are not always possible, it depends on the carrier.
CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION OF ORDERS
If you changed your mind, act quickly! We receive and process orders extremely quickly. Orders can be modified or cancelled as long as their status is "Order Confirmation." Once your order status changes to "Order Processed" it can no longer be modified or cancelled because the order has already been processed in our warehouse and is already in the shipping queue.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If any item in your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately or no later than 3 days after receiving it. Please keep all original shipping boxes and take pictures. Claims for damaged items are handled through the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc). We will assist the customer in this claim process, we only ask our customers to be patient as sometimes these processes can take longer than we would like.
DANGEROUS ITEMS
Items designated as dangerous (such as paints or chemicals) can only be shipped via ground. Dangerous items will be properly identified during the purchase process.
TIRES
Tires can only be shipped via ground.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
Oversized items are only shipped via ground shipping. This type of item will be clearly identified during the checkout process. These items include: ramps, fairings, motorcycle stands, stands, some exhaust systems, handlebars, rims, seats, etc.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please not that all prices are shown in US Dollar. For conversion, we recommend using currency converter.
Prices do not include the cost of international shipping. Shipping cost will be manually calculated after check-out.
Import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing lists or sales invoices for international shipments cannot be marked as "gifts" or with modified prices.
Tires, dangerous, oversized and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally.

All parts and accessories on this site refer to domestic models marketed in USA. International fitment may vary and is not guaranteed, especially in reference to electrical components. Some brands may not ship to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally, we will let you know in your order confirmation process. If you are visiting USA, we can ship any product to your hotel, any UPS store for you to pick up or you can choose store pick-up.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your order. All standard shipping policies regarding delivery time and availability still apply.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
You will be responsible for all round-trip shipping and brokerage fees for returns or exchanges. International shipments must be marked as "Return Merchandise" with a carrier that does not charge brokerage fees. You are responsible for any applicable customs or brokerage fees. Any items sent COD or that have additional brokerage fees charged to Moto-Rad US upon delivery will be refused. All other applicable terms and conditions of our Returns and Refund Policy apply to international returns.
WARRANTY
For warranty claims, please contact Moto-Rad US Customer Service. While Moto-Rad US will assist you internationally with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to USA for inspection or repair. You will be responsible for these additional round-trip shipping charges.
