Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns showing ordinary wear and tear or damage from improper use or accidents will not be accepted.

You can start your return process filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Once you complete and submit the return form, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA), which you must send along with the product within 7 days of receiving it. All returns should be sent to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of the original order to us.

To complete your return, send your returned product no later than 7 days after receiving the RA. Do not attach anything to the original packaging or wrapping of the product. We require that both the product and packaging be received intact and in new condition. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the same box in which you received the merchandise. Do not use the original manufacturer's box or packaging as a shipping container, as it may arrive damaged and/or mistreated, and our returns department may reject the return or issue a partial refund.

If our returns department rejects the product, return shipping will be at your expense.

Please save and keep your tracking information handy. Moto-Rad US is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

You will receive an email when your return has been processed, including detailed information about the refund credited. 

Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the items have been received and inspected. If we cannot refund to the original payment method, your refund will be issued as store credit. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2–10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

NEED TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

No problem! Request the exchange on your return form, indicating the size you want. The exchange will be subject to availability, and other restrictions may apply. Follow the same return process described above for the product you wish to exchange. All original packaging and tags must be intact. Returns showing ordinary wear and tear or damage from improper use or accidents will not be accepted.

Simply complete the return process, and once authorized, we will send you your new product free of charge for shipping only on the first exchange. You are still responsible for the shipping costs of the original order to us.

For a second exchange, the shipping cost will be your responsibility.

 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any electronics removed from their original packaging or with broken manufacturer's seals
  • Any part or accessory installed or showing signs of installation in a vehicle
  • Any tool or chemical opened or with a broken seal
  • Any item with damaged or destroyed box, packaging, or labels 

USED OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Any merchandise that has been taken for a “small ride” will be considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk with your boots on a clean mat and try on your helmet indoors before riding your motorcycle.

Merchandise, parts, or accessories showing signs of use (e.g., wear, bugs, dirt, odor, animal hair, dings, scratches, assembly marks, etc.) or in a different condition than when received cannot be returned.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND HELMETS

Personal protective equipment (jackets, pants, boots, gloves, clothing, pads, etc.) must be packed in their original protective bags and/or packaging, including all original manufacturer labels. Plastic bags or protective packaging isolate the item from the cardboard. Items without this protection may arrive damaged with scratches and will be returned to the customer, thus voiding the return. Helmets must be sent as received, in their original helmet bag and box, including all accessories and documentation.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the items have been received and inspected. If we cannot refund to the original payment method, your refund will be issued as store credit. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2–10 business days after your credit is applied to post to your account.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted.

Items with no evidence of use that are returned with damaged or missing packaging, boxes, tags, accessories, components, and/or hooks will incur an additional charge of up to 30% of the merchandise value, which will be deducted from the refund.

IN-STORE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Online purchases can be returned or exchanged in-store for most items if you have the item’s receipt and the product is new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns showing ordinary wear and tear or damage from improper use or accidents will not be accepted.

In-store exchanges may be limited by product availability. Please note that all refunds and credits will be processed by our online customer support team and will be refunded to the original form of payment once the items have been received and inspected. If we cannot refund to the original payment method, your refund will be issued as store credit. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2–10 business days after your credit is applied to post to your account.

ON SALE ITEMS

Only regular items can be returned; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

WARRANTY RETURNS

Moto-Rad US does not provide any warranty directly but will assist you in processing a claim with the manufacturer within the first 15 days after you receive your item. After this period, any claim will need to be made directly with the manufacturer. Most manufacturers offer additional warranty periods for merchandise defects. Contact us for assistance with specific warranty requirements for an item.

Warranty processing may take 4–8 weeks and is subject to each manufacturer’s discretion and policies. Manufacturers’ warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear and tear or customer negligence.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If any item in your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately or within 15 days of receipt. Please keep all original shipping boxes and take photos. Claims for damaged items are handled through the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS). We will assist you in this claim process; however, please be patient, as these processes can sometimes take longer than anticipated.
